Seafood Tomato Soup

Strain seafood from oil, leave the oil in a separate container.
Cut the garlic into thin slices, fry it until golden, using 2 tbsp. from seafood oils.
Grind the chili pepper, chop the onion into strips and add to the garlic in a stewpan. Sauté for another 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the broth and tomatoes. Remove leaves from basil twigs, tie the branches with thread. Salt, pepper and cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the twigs from the soup, lightly soften the tomatoes with a blender and add coarsely chopped basil leaves.
Remove from heat and let it brew for about 5-6 minutes.
Before serving, pour the soup into plates, put the seafood in the center.
