Shrimp skewers in a spicy ginger marinade

Mix the oil, some garlic, ginger, smoked chilli, thyme, Worcestershire sauce and some soy sauce.
Marinate the shrimp in the mixture.
Chop the capers, grate the lemon zest.
For the sauce, mix the yogurt, mustard, chopped capers, lime zest, remaining garlic and soy sauce.
Thread the shrimp onto skewers and fry in a preheated frying pan.
Serve with the sauce and lemon wedges.
