Sandwiches with Vanilla Ice Cream and Churros

Mix milk, water, salt, sugar and butter in a saucepan. Bring this mixture to a boil.
Remove it from a heat. Take wooden spoon and mix sifted flour quickly into the mixture to make elastic consistency.
Put the dough in a pastry bag with a star-shaped tip.
Cut 8 squares of parchment (10x10 cm), butter them and squeeze out churros on them in form of spirals.
Heat up oil in saucepan or pan to 160-180 ° C (butter level should be approximately 3 cm).
Lower churros alternately into oil. Don’t forget to separate parchment from them.
Fry churros for 2-4 minutes on each side to a dark golden crust.
Remove churros away with a skimmer, pat with paper towels, then roll churros in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Cool them down a little and serve by placing 2 balls of ice cream between two churros.
