Baked vegetables with pate caviar

Cut peeled carrot into bars. Cut zucchini, eggplant and peeled onion into 8 mm thick slices.
Peel bell pepper and slice it into pieces. The size of the pieces should be the same as vegetable pieces.
Season vegetables with salt, pepper, herbs, olive oil and put them on a baking sheet. Bake them at 180°C.
After 25 minutes of baking, spread the butter over the surface of vegetables and bake them for another 15 minutes till caramelization.
Put backed vegetables on plates. Before serving spread pollock caviar “Pate” on the vegetables.
