Affogato with chocolate ice-cream

For caramelization mix almonds with powder and little water.
Put nuts on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Make sure that nuts are completely covered with icing.
Cook for 15-17 minutes in the oven at 170-180°C, then cool down and chop nuts a little.
Put 2 scoops of ice-cream in glasses, sprinkle with nuts and add hot coffee on the top.
