Garlic lime grilled shrimps

Make a slight side cut on the shrimps, season with salt and pepper, add the chopped garlic, chili, zest and part of lime juice, soy sauce and thyme. Let the shrimps marinade for 1 hour.
Prepare a sauce: mix the chopped greens, garlic and oil and remaining lime juice.
Thread shrimps onto pre-soaked skewers and grill on a well-heated grill for a minute and a half on each side. Spread the sauce and remove after 30 seconds.
Sprinkle the cooked shrimps with the remaining lime juice. Serve with sauce, yogurt and toasted brioche.
