Pancake rolls with caviar cream, cucumber and avocado

Mix together milk, eggs and salt. Bit by bit add sifted flower, mixing the dough thoroughly.
Melt the butter until a slight nutty smell appears, cool and mix it with the dough.
Leave the dough for 15-20 minutes at room temperature.
Fry the pancakes in a well-heated and oiled pan.
Peel avocado and dice it into cubes 5х5 мм, sprinkle it with lime juice.
Peel and deseed the cucumber, slice it with the peeler.
Cover the pancake with Caviar No. 1*, put a couple of cucumber slices in the center, closer to the edge - avocado and salad. Pepper it and twist the pancake into a tight roll.
Repeat step #7, then cover the pancakes with a cling film and cool down (+/- 30 min).
Cut pancakes into 2.5-3 cm rolls and serve, fastening it with skewers.
