Baguette with "Atlantic Fish" spread and apple-cranberry chutney

Dice onion and peeled apple. Peel lemon from zest and cut it into thin strips.
Fry onion, apple, a portion of zest for 10 minutes. After that add sugar, mustard, lemon juice, cranberries and cook for another 10 minutes.
Fry baguette slices in a dry pan. Put ‘Atlantic Fish’ spread, apple-cranberry mixture (chutney) on them. Decorate the slices with the remaining zest.
