Cucumber filled with squid in garlic sauce

Cut the leek into thin straws.
Heat the oil in a small saucepan and fry the onion until golden brown, then place on a napkin to remove excess oil.
Use a vegetable peeler to peel the cucumber, then cut it into 2 cm chunks.
Use a spoon to make a small indentation in each chunk.
Place squid slices in the indentation, garnish with leeks and serve.
Recommendation: Chicory can be used as an alternative to cucumbers.
